Prayer
At Peel Street Church of Christ, prayer is at the heart of who we are. We believe it’s not just something we do — it’s how we stay connected to God, seek His guidance, and bring our hearts and hopes before Him.
Prayer is woven into the life of our church community. We pray together during our Sunday services and at various gatherings throughout the week, inviting God’s presence, peace, and direction.
We also host a fortnightly prayer meeting every Saturday morning from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at the church. This is a quiet, dedicated time to come together and pray for one another, our church, our city, and beyond — listening for God’s voice and responding in faith.

Bible Discussion & Study group
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired word — our foundation for faith and daily living. It reveals truth, challenges us, corrects us, and equips us to live God’s way. The Bible isn’t just an ancient book — it’s alive and relevant, speaking into our lives today.
That’s why we regularly meet in small groups to study the scriptures together. These times of discussion and reflection help us grow in our understanding, encourage one another, and deepen our relationship with God.

Chat ‘n’ Chew

Looking for a friendly space to relax, get creative, and enjoy great company? Chat ‘n’ Chew is a welcoming group that meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 10:30 am to 11:45 am at the church.
Whether you love craft, a cuppa, or simply a good chat, this is a great place to learn new skills, make new friends, and enjoy time together in a relaxed and fun environment. Everyone is welcome — come as you are and be part of the laughter, fellowship, and creativity!
Fellowship Lunch
Sharing a meal is a simple but powerful way to build community — and at Peel Street Church of Christ, we love doing life together.
On the first Sunday of most months, we gather after the service for a Fellowship Lunch. Sometimes it’s a BYO meal, other times it’s catered, and a few times a year we enjoy a lunch together at a local venue.
These lunches are a great opportunity to connect, make new friends, and grow in fellowship as part of God’s family. Everyone is welcome — whether you’re new or have been with us for years.
